Shipping

Free shipping on every order

All orders ship free within the United States. There is no minimum.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 11 to 14 business days.

We are upfront about this: our supports ship from international fulfilment partners, not from a warehouse down the road. That is why they cost $40 instead of $120 for the same piece of equipment. If you need something tomorrow, we are not the right shop, and we would rather tell you now than have you wait.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to start showing updates while the parcel is in transit.

Import duties

Any import duties and taxes on your order are handled by us before the parcel reaches you. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delays

Customs processing, weather and peak periods can add a few days. If your order passes 21 business days with no movement in tracking, email pabace07@gmail.com and we will either resend it or refund you in full, your choice.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we will fix it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it, but our 30-day refund still covers you.
